I'm having trouble uploading my invoice. What do I do?
Ensure you have selected an option for each drop down box and ticked all the relevant boxes.
The system will not accept the same invoice number twice for the same redemption. However, eligible
receipts can be used for other promotions if applicable.
What if my tools were purchased over two different invoices?
As stated in the Terms and Conditions, in order to be eligible to redeem a prize, purchases must be made in one transaction.
I had to purchase tools from two different stores, am I still eligible?
As per the Terms and Conditions, purchases must be made in one transaction.
My invoice date is outside of the promotional dates, am I still eligible? / Can I still redeem after the redemption is closed?
As per the Terms and Conditions, only those who have made a purchase within the promotional dates are eligible.
The promotion commences for purchases on 01/05/2017 and concludes for purchases at 23.59 AEST on 15/07/2017.
Claims open on 01/05/2017 and close at 23.59 AEDST on 31/07/2017 (Redemption Period).
Can I make my purchase anywhere to be eligible for this redemption?
No. There is a list of participating stores and online stores where you can make your purchase. You will need to
select this store from the drop down list provided when entering. For a full list of all the participating stores –

What am I eligible for?
If you spend between $599 - $1198 inc GST on any Bosch Blue 18V Combo Kits and/or Measuring Tools and you can redeem a Activité Steel watch *RRP$179
If you spend over $1199 inc GST on any Bosch Blue 18V Combo Kits and/or Measuring Tools and you can redeem a Activité Steel watch and a Bosch 18V Li-Ion Floodlight *RRP$378

What does *At participating dealers mean?
As per the Terms and Conditions, a purchase must be made at one of the participating stores in this promotion.

How long will it take to get my prize?
As per the Terms and Conditions, your prize will be ready for pickup at the store you purchased your kit
from 6 - 8 weeks after the claim has been processed. You will receive an email notification when they are ready
for pickup. If you made your purchase at an online participating store or by phone at a participating store, your
prize will be delivered directly to your nominated mailing address 6 - 8 weeks after the claim is processed.
Once I submit my redemption, how do I know if I will receive my prize?
All successful redemptions will receive email confirmation notifying you of your success. An additional email will
be sent notifying you of when your prize will be ready for pickup.
What if I haven’t received an email after a few weeks?
It is vital that you use your correct email address so that Bosch Promotions can communicate with you. Please
allow a few days for communication if you have emailed the Bosch Promotion inbox.
How do I know where and when to pick up my prize?
If your redemption is successful, then your prize will be delivered to the store you purchased your items from.
You will receive an email notification advising when you can go and pick this up.
If you have made your purchase at a participating online store or by phone from a participating store,
then your prize will be delivered to the address provided on your entry.
Why can’t my prize be delivered to my house?
Unfortunately this is not possible for this redemption. You must collect your prize from the store you purchased from.

(No PO boxes) you supplied on your entry form.
